Yes (whether picture postcards or not!). Printed stationery is a bit of a minefield, but generally booklets and pamphlets are zero rated, as are leaflets if they convey information, but postcards are standard rated....

What is the most ergonomoic way to write?
Well they sell ergonomic pens, that put your hand in a better position to write. Other than that theres no other way to sit to relieve your hand from cramping. You could always print the postcards on your computer. That would save time, and pain....
